Orders received on the weekend will be processed on Monday or the next working day.

Direct transfer

To place your order:

1. Please transfer the full amount to us using the bank account or QR code.
2. Use the ‘Choose File’ button to upload an image of your completed transfer.
3. Click ‘Place Order’.
4. You will receive a confirmation email from us.
5. We will prepare your purchase for delivery​.

For orders over THB 500 shipping within Thailand is free.

We use Kerry Express and J&T Express for fast, reliable delivery.

• Home Delivery (BKK & greater BKK): 1 – 2 business days
• Home Delivery (Up country): 2 – 3 business days

Overseas;

Thai Post EMS Int’l Parcel-SAL, DHL, UPS, FedEx.

Levo stands behind products

We warrants our products to be free of defects in material or workmanship;

Bed – 30 days from date of purchase

Mattress – 7 days from date of purchase

Levo will correct defects affecting the product which are clearly a result of material defects, manufacturing faults and faults in finishing like dents, blemishes, tears or discolouring, provided they are reported within the time periods mentioned above.

Although Levo’s internal quality standards protect customers  against unacceptable quality it is still possible that a minor imperfection or surface blemishes slip through our quality control.

If Levo, in its sole discretion, finds a product to be defective, Levo’s only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

We do not issue refunds.

This warranty is subject to the following limitations;

1. You must provide Proof of Purchase.

2. All products returned to Levo for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorisation which can be obtained by contacting Levo via our website contact.

3. Levo assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our warranty department.

4. Products damaged by misuse or anything other than defects in material or workmanship, are excluded from coverage under this warranty. This includes wear and tear caused by pets.

5. Any repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
